As part of our retail store at Vitality Natural Health and Wellness Center, we carry a full line of professional grade nutritional supplements. We aim to stock the best quality supplements for the best price from several preferred vendors. We believe that no single supplement company can carry the “best” of all products, so you will see a wide variety of brands available in our stores. We carry products with minimal additives and preservatives and many of our products are gluten, soy, egg, dairy, corn and allergen free. These nutritional supplements are hand selected based on purity, potency, quality and research in aims to provide you with safe medicines at appropriate dosages and affordable prices.

Supplement Orders

Due to our large client volume, we request that supplement refill orders be placed at least 10-14 days in advance of when you would like to pick them up. At times shipping can be delayed or items may be on back order and the 2 weeks gives us more flexibility so we may have the products by the time they are needed. Supplements can be ordered in any of the following ways:

3. You can order professional grade nutritional supplements online through FullScript. FullScript is an online dispensary of quality supplements and helps to keep clients on track with their wellness plans. Unlike other retailers, Fullscript guarantees products are never past expiry, counterfeit, or stored incorrectly. To order supplements through FullScript, please use the following links. Please note that not all products recommended may be available through Fullscript. Orders over $50 are eligable for free shipping.

Pick-up/Delivery of Supplements

Supplements can be picked-up/ delivered in any of the following ways:

  • Picked up at one of our office locations.
  • Drop shipped directly to you from our supplement vendors. Postage and delivery varies from vendor.
  • Mailed to you from our office. Postage and delivery is generally $11.00, but may be more or less depending on the package size.

Payment of Supplements

  • Payment is expected at the time the supplement order is placed.
  • Supplements can be paid for with cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AE). Please note that there is a 3% service charge on all credit cards.
  • If supplements are being shipped directly to you, you must keep a credit card on file to be charged when the order is placed.

Supplement Return Policy

Unopened supplements may be returned for a full refund or credit with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Heat sensitive items (refrigerated products) are not eligible for returns. Items that we do not generally keep in stock or items that have been specifically requested may be returned, but will be charged a 25% returns processing fee. If you have a negative reaction to a product, please contact the office to explain your reaction. Sometimes there can be interactions with foods, medications or other supplements that may be causing the reaction. Other times, the dosage may need to be adjusted. Returns based on negative reactions will be determined on a case by case basis.
